Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years. She began her training with Gita International and has since undertaken post graduate training with Donna Farhi and also completed a Graduate Certificate (Yoga Therapy) with the Australian Institute of Yoga / CAE.
Her personal practice and teaching is strongly influenced by Donna Farhi and the developmental movement patterns taught by School of Body-Mind Centering, combined with the more traditional yogic teachings of Patanjali.
Her main areas of interest are:
Jennifer is the current President of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT), as well as member of Yoga Australia (YA) and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

- to draw on many different yoga practices to assist people experiencing anxiety
- to explore physical movement as a method for developing a sequential flow of energy and prana through the body and enhancing the mind-body-spirit connection
- to develop and promote yoga therapy within Australia
